    Hubby and I are latecomers to the BG world of CRPG. We're about to finish Irenicus for the first time and will probably take our chars forward into NWN in the future. Here's my question - if we do another run thru BG2 with me playing the mainchar, can we then play NWN with a party that has TWO Children of Bhaal in it?

    No. Nwn does not allow you to import characters from bg2. Though you could try and reproduce your bg2 character

    [​IMG] NWN is a lot different to BG in that it uses 3rd edition D&D rules, and they handle your on-screen avatar a lot differently.

    Personly I'd play throne of Baal (the expansion pack for BGII) first, before moving on to NWN, as ToB finishes the Baal spawn story.

    Obviously, there were plans to allow the transfer of characters from BG2/TOB to NWN, but those plans were scrapped with the arrivel of 3ed rules.

    Play through TOB, and then move on to new characters in NWN.
