[IMG] Ok, let's start at the beginning. Do you have the official patch installed? Do you have HoW installed? What are your system specs and OS?

All the patches are on SP, of course. http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/IWD/index_misc.php

OS is your operating system. Without knowing the exact specs of your system no one will be able to help you. It'd also help to know what you did that you suddently can't play any more.
