Take them swimming for three hours each day - that should reduce the energy level by nighttime

wooot woot. I won first price, KaZing$$, in my rating group in the chess tournament last week. (3rd lowest of 8). I think the lack of sleep and all the beers eventually wore my opponents more down than me, since I scored half of my points the two last days! I knew drinking beers often is the right thing to do! =)

Definately not my last chess vacation, since BBQ, beers and chess is the perfect blend. All I need to do is get more women to play.

Killed one of my players' characters tonight. It was pretty satisfying.

They were in a major city though, and spellcasters were readily available, so it was just a momentary death.

And a fight that lasted 18 seconds ended up taking 140 minutes to play out. The joys of tabletop D&D. :shake:

Aye its a wonderful change to the instant pace of computergames :)
We hada similar day yesterday with a Zoo fight in Shadowrun. It took us 30 seconds to get a comlink from an enemy before we hit the shadows and avoided the guards. Playtime was 1½ hours. lol

I do what I can to speed the game up, but I don't want to rush my players, especially when fighting epic challenges.

Usually, the fights tend to last two or three times longer than what I expect them to. This is part of the reason why this campaign is moving at a snail's pace.

    That sounds absolutely dreadful.

Someone's been using a jackhammer here since 7 AM. Couldn't get any decent sleep. :(

You should have gone out and interrupted him and asked if he had any extra earplugs you could have so you could get some sleep :p

If I had to get dressed and walk over there, we would have had words. :p

That sounds painful. The last time I played the original BG, I had to get my old 15" CRT from the basement.

I think that thats the only way to play the original BG, I don't feel much for the BG2 layout

I'm inclined to agree. The new interface and mechanics ruin the original feeling. But you're still stuck at running it in window mode and needing a magnifying glass, or running it fullscreen and looking at LEGOs. :shake:

At least install the widescreen mod for TotSC...

    ---------- Added 11 hours, 25 minutes and 7 seconds later... ----------

I was considering if I should play SW:ToR in F2P mode, but looking at the list of limitations just made me depressed. I thought they'd have come to their senses by now.

I saw a woman with a rather large behind during the Summer Carnival parade in Rotterdam. A rather very large behind. I watched her walk, which was quite an effort, and had to think about Hannibal Lector.

The Netherlands had quite a few colonies back in the days, just like Great Britain. In the Caribbean we still have some islands who are still part of our kingdom. O good reason to organize a carnival parade of our own. not to be compared with the one in Brazil, but still nice to look at.

And take some pictures with the new zoom lens.

I just got back from a week's cruise for my parents' 50th anniversary (their choice, not mine). Good lord are there some amazingly fat people trying to get even fatter. It was somewhat horrific to see a woman well over 300 pounds on a line for ice cream inhaling some sort of pudding desert because she just couldn't wait to get her ice cream.

I was being cautious and I am sure I put on several pounds. Just increasing alcohol consumption alone will do it.

Blergh. I need many salads and fresh vegetables and little to no alcohol for a while.

Oh Oh !!! I saw a lady with a huge butt as well! Actually she wasn't horribly overweight but she had this weird protruding saggy butt that almost looked unnatural. Was one of those moments when you know you shouldn't look but it just kind of draws you in with the whole bazaar nature of it. She was walking past my house pushing a stroller and had a man walking beside her who I assume was her bf/hubby, who probably likes huge saggy weirdly shaped bums. Anyway it reminded me of some you-tube clip I saw where a woman was adjusting an ass-implant.
