    The problem is that to most people I meet superficially, I'm probably more a 2 or a 3. Most of my weirdness is inside my head, and I'm aware enough to keep it from leaking out . . . except in my fiction, but that's under a pen name.

    I also tend to be somewhat shy (not as shy as I used to be, which was at the "9" level: it drove people away), so I tend not to speak out in general, which again, means that people don't see/hear my weirdness. But my parents and close friends know, and I think they'd agree with the "7".

    By the way: I love talking about weirdness. Great poll!

    dmc: but isn't the definition of "weird" somehow related to being "not like everyone else"?

    In any case, I've embraced being weird ever since high school, so I suppose I'm invested in it. I do think most people have some weirdness in them, though. In other words, I don't think there really are any 1's out there. That said, I know I'm really quite different in some ways than most people. I don't know quite how to describe it.

    Edit: Sorry, Arctic Daishi. Since I don't believe in 1's, you would not be able to pull off a 1 with me. Maybe a 2. Maybe. Of course, now I know better :evil:.

    It most definitely would have to be an 8. My family would agree totally with that statement, and maybe even a 9 at times. :rolling:

    I know that if I really wanted to I could pull off a 2 but would never want to try a 1 cause that would be too boring. :sleep:

    I agree with Vorona. I think there may be a fair number of people who appear boring on the outside but have some unusual character traits they are hiding. The way I made the poll contradicts that theory however.

    Who am I to decide wether I'm weird or not? I can't judge myself..! So, to come to a well-thought-out answer, I checked with my dead cat. It says we're perfectly fine.

    I voted 6. People don't really look at me funny, but occasionally I blurt out something scary and people say either TMI or WTF.

    Definitely an 8 as well. I may look rather innocuous but I never really blend in and people tend to either like me or hate me.
