So I'm running some pen and paper D&D in the Forgotten Realms, and some of my players are huge fans of Baldur's Gate (as am I). So when I take they their characters on a trip to Baldur's Gate, I was hoping to add in some sound effects from the game into the session. Since the game has a huge modding community, I figured there must be someone who has extracted all of the sound effects, or has made some program that could do it. But as far as I can tell, no one has. So I was hoping that someone on this forum could help me out?

Specifically, I want every sound effect from the game, not just dialogue from partyable NPCs, or the music, that's easy, I have those already! What I want is the squeak of the mice, the howls of a gnoll, the cries of hobgoblins to "Spare no one!", the far away laughter of children in the city, the music of a tavern, the sound of footsteps on floorboards, and the cries of tavern patrons telling me of their need for ale! I want all of it.

Can someone find me that, please?

You can use the most recent version of Near Infinity to "mass export" all of the sounds from the chitin.key. I was actually the one to request that feature to Jon Olav Hauglid. :D

Actually it can be done with nearly everyone of them... the latest(2011-07-12) compiled NI instead, can be found from here, for example.
