    No matter how you cut it, their behavior was reprehensible. I wouldn't treat my worst enemy that way, let alone a blood relative.

    Of course, we all know what's going to happen here. The female perp will play the age card, and the guy will play the mental illness card. They will see very little time in jail, if they end up there at all.

    Most of my wife's family is from or lives in Wisconsin. They are a pretty decent lot. A few oddballs, but nothing out of the ordinary. And lots of beer!
