    That was some ride. The jumps sure got some "whoas!" from me but what makes it more interesting is I think the rider is actually wearing a suit.

    Rick and Dick Hoyt Completes Iron Man Marathon

    A true story

    One day a son asks his father:
    "Daddy, will you run the marathon with me?"
    The father answers yes and both run their first marathon together.
    One day, the son asks his father if he wants to run the marathon with him again and the father answers yes. They both run the marathon together again.
    Then one day the son asks his father:
    "Daddy, will you run the Ironman with me?" (the Ironman is the toughest...it requires a 4km swim, 180km biking and 42km running).
    The father says yes again.
    This all sounds easy...but check this video.

    The Hoyts are legends around here. They first started doing this at The Boston Marathon. The town I live on is on the marathon route. When they would run the noise would be at military afterburner level. The dad is 70 and it will be a sad day for everyone when he can no longer compete.

    This video is the result of the collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvator Dali. Work began 1945 and it was finally released in 2003, after the project had been shelved for decades. The music isn't the original track, but I could have posted this in the music thread as well since I absolutely love the track. It's called Steal Compass/Drive North/Disappear and by the band Set Fire to Flames

    This one is from a local fiesta dance contest. "Batang Lagim" means "Children of Darkness". Check out the kid in diaper who's right in the middle, you'd probably be wondering why a kid in diaper is part of a moster/ghost troop. That's because here in the Philippines, we have this folklore of a supernatural being called a tiyanak. It's an evil being in a form of a cute baby to catch it's prey but transforms into it's true hideous and monstrous baby when it wishes to.
