    I have to back Ofelix on this one. Not a perfect place, but I'm glad to be here (although technically, I had to move to Ontario for my job last winter, but it's not going to be permanent. Plus, my girlfriend and friends are on the Québec side, so if I'm not at home, I'm over there.. :)). And as for the joie de vivre, I can see it first hand between Ottawa and Gatineau. Not the same at all.

    The only time I was in Quebec was when I was 3 years old, so I don't remember anything. I just want to visit the strip clubs in Montreal because they are so notorious.

    theoretically Florida is as close to winter as the rest of the northern hemisphere, but sitting her at 11:20pm while it's a balmy 72F (22C) makes it rather hard to believe.
    Still, the low is supposed to go down to 31F (-0.5C) tomorrow night.
    That's typical for Florida in the winter. It does get cold here, but does not stay that way (last year being the record-breaking exception)

    Also picked up KOTOR yesterday from Steam while it was at £1.75. Sounded like a good idea at the time, but now I've got to resist starting it and getting drawn in when I've got a dissertation to be working on. Possibly a mistake...

    Concerning my coffee-free day:
    It was without a doubt the longest 2 hour of my life ! I should've known this ill advised enterprise of mine would inevitably be doomed. What folly possessed me ? Modern man is simply not meant to go on about without caffeine.

    Despite my numerous attempts to convince my sister of the benefits of legal downloading of music (amazon mp3 and the likes), she still refuses, arguing that having a real physical object is "not the same thing"... yeah... she's will most likely rip the CD and listen to it on her PMP anyway :nolike: . So I went to the record store, since it is her birthday tomorrow to pick up an album for her. With taxes it was 25 $, I recently found out the same bloody album was half price online. I shouldn't complain, it is after all, her decision in the end, but still meh I say! MEH !

    I wondered if I could type with my feet, I cannot. Would've been cool. Why couldn't we evolve opposable thumbs in our feet like some other monkeys ? It would've been awesome ! Just think of the possibilities !
