    It just occurred to me, this place has a lot of mods that I didn't know about. I've known that Chev has been a news editor for awhile now...but Uri is a mod now? When did that happen?

    So...Who all "works" for SP? :hmm:

    [​IMG] Uri has been a news editor for a long time (Years), helping on and off whenever he's been around more. If there's a mod you didn't know was a mod it's most likely because you need mod privelages to start a topic in the news sections of the forum. Check for topics started and it usually answers if they're a news editor or a new promotion over all the forum.

    Now that Gnarff's gone, I'm the Resident Active Mormon. There are at least 3 people who could fight it out for the role of Resident Lapsed Mormon. If we're all going for titles, that is.

    Being such a polite and careful fellow, I almost never get in trouble with the mods, so I don't really know who they are.

    I do occasionally get in trouble with people who think they're mods ;)

    Wow - some of the members on that list must be long-retired. I have been a member of SP for over seven years, and I've never heard of some of those people.

    Heh. When I first read that, I thought it said "Moron", not "Mormon", and I was in a dilemma as to what smart-ass remark I was going to make. Now there's nothin' I can say, other than to point out that "Mormon" is just a moron with an extra letter. :p :p

    The board mods (=news editors), super mods and admins list is pretty short, and even of those on the list, most aren't really active any more, but they're still there on the off chance that they might return to news-posting.

    I found that out when I got my SPS account. The PayPal was set up in such a way that Sir Bel's real name was the account holder. I asked Tal who the heck is ______? And he said it was Sir Bel.

    On a completely ancillary topic, Sir Bel and I also share a birthday, although he is five years older than me.
