Were'nt you going straightedge or something? :p

Besides, SLC air has more toxins then whatever you're smoking. :shake:

Yeah, but straightedge is boring. At least being off the wagon keeps things interesting... and damn funny.

ION, I cooked myself a theme the way I like it for WinMo thanks to a nifty little program. I guess WinMo DOES have some positive sides...

Of Cape and Fangs, Act Nine is finally published here! :D
    I love that comic.

Also, my faculty internet connection is suspiciously unstable lately. I hope they don't mess up all the fun.

    Hey all :)

Long time no see. Was just browsing through my favourites when I thought I would post on here.

Will hopefully stick around for a bit this time, instead of only a post here and there.

I'll be sure to let a cop with taser shotgun rounds know that.

In other news, WinAMP 5 doesn't like Win7. My music library is unstable. :bad: I've tried each newer version as it came out, but each time I always went back to v5.03a. Looks I have no choice now. :almostmad: What's odd, is that WinAMP v5.03a worked perfectly in Win7 Beta and RC1...but not in the final retail version.

Urgh, Friday was...interesting. Originally intended on having a quiet evening in and get some uni work done, but spent a couple of hours with a friend, went to badminton and then was pulled out to one of the unions. Somehow managed to skip tea, so hadn't eaten in many many hours. Funnily enough got absolutely wasted. Happily it didn't take too long either. Was quite a night, but fairly paid for it on Saturday. Must have still been drunk when I finally woke up because after staggering out of bed I immediately walked into a wall. Fun times.

I'm technically a :mommy: telemarketer

...but I didn't sell my soul, since it seems I never had that kind of thing in the first place...

You don't say that in a message board where there is a reputation meter... :shake:

Do people actually buy what you sell?

    Well, that's the 'technically' -part.

I'm not selling anything. I'm marketing. Huuuge difference...

(It's fundraising...by phone, and yes, I do make some kish-cash.)

Went to see the audiologist today and found out I need hearing aids in both ears. Because it's private it's costing near to £5k BUT unlike NHS aids, these can be re-programmed if my hearing gets worse and they work to eliminate my problems with background noise and clarity rather than just turning the volume up on everything. Plus, my fabulous hubby is paying... SCORE!!!

You get colour options so I've gone for bright red. Not that it matters, they're so small you can't see them when they're behind my ears.

    Huh? :hmm:

Sil - Don't get a hearing aid! Get a classy ear horn! That way, when you can't hear someone, you can stick it in your ear and say, "Eh?"

And if you *really* can't hear, there's always this:

Well, it was just a hand-held one, no shooting or anything. We had about ten guys just tazing the person next to them for quite a while.
