    Watched a basketball game for my old high school the other day, always gives me sort of mixed emotions. It was an incredible experience and I loved it, but then I always dwell too much on one game

    1-5 from the FT line that game and a miss with 10 seconds left from the field that would have given us the lead and potentially fast-track us to a state title. I guess someone had a sense of humor though because...

    15-16 from the line in the next game. Every single make I just got more and more pissed that it couldn't have come the game before. I also want to kind of brag here, 2-2 from the field with 19 points?! That's crazy talk :p

    It's not all bad though, we got 4th place and I've never had a more fun three months or so. In netspeak:

    In other news work is going well right now and the greater cashflow will be much appreciated. Just kind of boring to wait for the next shift to come.

    Somehow managed to injure my back while walking from one end of the house to the other. This is the first back injury I've ever had, and I'll admit I'm being super whiny and complain-y about it. It hurts!!

    @DoTW: Hm, just as long as he's the type of dumb who'd be smart enough to fold after that. Or perhaps just enough the type of dumb to start thinking that it'd be a contest that he could win.

    Otherwise, well, personally...Were I to get to a similar situation, I'd be perhaps too concerned about possible legal ramifications and the monetary loss from a lawsuit...but if that's not a problem...then I know that this guy's not a problem for you no matter if he'd be the kind of dumb to try to get a crew for a payback...

    My cousin got into a fight with some guy, who he didn't know, a few years ago. When he was crossing the street a few hours later, the guy hit him with his car. My cousin suffered a nasty concussion and could no longer work after that. He's now living off social welfare and they never got the bastard who did it. You would think that violence is a good answer, but it never is.

    I got the broken knuckles casted earlier today. Hearing the sound of one's bones breaking and feeling the pain is a very humbling experience. I am feeling this pain as I write this, and it's horrible... it burns, it stings... not fun.

    Expect the old DotW back shortly. The laid-back one who just doesn't give a damn.
