The people who frequent Uni are a bunch of *******s. That's just one proof.

And why is it when you're best partying years co-incide with the most important period of study in your entire life? That's just sadistic!

You do realize that it's still winter....right? :skeptic:
IIRC, Spring Break happens around Easter...you know, when it's actually spring.

Unfortunately, since I'm not going to a traditional Uni...we have no spring break. We get 1 week off between quarters, which just so happens to be this week, but since it is in fact still winter, I wouldn't call it "spring break"...I will however call it what it is, "NOT LONG ENOUGH!!!" :wail:

    .

Actually I watch discovery all the time. I've seen a number of documentaries on 'mysterious creatures' and I was referring to the ones such as Sasquatch and Nessy. The problem with the existance of these creatures is the complete lack of physical evidence besides plaster cast footprints, bumpy water and blurry photos.

Thedecision not to drink was made because I had been run ragged that day, and was already prone to dehydration. Alcohol on top of that, bad idea.
I am going to a party at the end of this month that I plan on letting loose at. There are several batched of mead my friends are making that will be ready by then... I'll be drunk and sugared up at the same time!
Still recovering from this weekend, though. Me and sleep deprivation do NOT get along at all.

That and the fact that the Loch Ness Ecosystem is totally not able to support a creature the size of Nessies usual description.

Ah, to come to Uni just to have lunch, check BoM and mail and confirm an exam application. There should be more Tuesdays in a week. :p

I've done this one a few times, but I replaced exam applications with talking to colleagues and preventing them from doing any work too

Someone (Chicken I think?) mentioned monsters in the Mariana Trench. There's some really cool things down there actually. Not "monsters" in the sense of Nessie-style monsters, but some of the deep-sea fish and other organism look... weird, for lack of a better word. Someone's even done a Top 10, just to prove you can do one of those for anything. And yes, giant squids do exist. They just don't attack ships and sink them :p

Uhh, I guess I was wrong to assume that you would consider yourself as an exception since you're A-OK in my book.

    Everyone understands Kit.

    No, really!

ION, my brother's in the strange limbo between ill and not-ill, so I'm playing nurse for the day. Not too bad considering the weather's pretty bad and I wanted an excuse not to go out.

[IMG] Well I'm heading off to visit a friend and take a break from all the crap going on at home. Will be without internet until Sunday and without Alex until Friday. Will be interesting. A little nervous about taking the train on my own but I need to regain being independant somehow. I hate having to rely on other people and with recent family troubles weighing me down heavily I just want to go somehwere nobody knows me and relax. Perhaps catch up on some work.

Three down, one to go. I stopped gobbling energy drinks, but methinks I'm gonna have to rely on that necessary evil to get me through this one. Hell, it's been so freaking long since I last had one I almost shudder to think how hard it will kick in... and I'm promising myself a bigass nap tomorrow morning... hell, I won't even wake up after a few hours like I usually do to get a normal night's sleep, I'll just go at it in one shot -- after consuming some natural sleep aid, though. :skeptic:
