    I'm interested in the Solaufein mod. Can anyone give me first-hand perspective on how balanced/unbalanced this mod is? How fun is it?

    It was an ok mod, if I remember correctly. He was abit overpowerd though. Fighter\mage. With a huge magic resistance. Easy to get him completely imune to spells. Had some drow encounters in it as well. A rather tough battle, if I remember correctly. But all in all, its not the worst mod out there. Way better than the Valen one. That one had Buffy and Giles etc showing up........

    I see. Thanks for the input. I've been reading the forum over at PPG and it seems to be a well thought of mod. Now I have to decide whether to finish my canonical party game or start Tutu again and aim at a different party makeup with Solaufein and other party members.

    EDIT: Does Solaufein get magic resistance like Viconia. I'm looking over the documentation now and haven't found that yet.

    Nope. His magic resistance is somewhere around 80! Preposterous.

    He has very interesting and detailed intellectual/ethical banters and love talks too. And he will romance almost any PC. Has two major hard battles, one with a very original and interesting concept, although can be avoided, but great fun nevertheless. He is rather more powerful from most other NPCs, period.
