Populous:the beginning (still). It's a good one for getting your mind working on different strategies. Also trying Baldaurs gate 2. However, I've never played the original as the copy I have keeps saying that it'll only work on a US machine.

Been playing Farcry 2. It's pretty decent but I've only done one faction mission so far and about 7 or 8 others so I'm far enough in yet to comment on the plot.

I'm playing BioShock, Mass Effect, and Battlefield 2 right now. When my wife's not looking, I spend a few hours on each every day I don't work.

Back to WC3. I'm a sucker for well made maps.

Far Cry 2, cool, Red Alert 3, no complaints. And still Team Fortress 2 (70-80 hours in the last two weeks).

I am replaying Resident Evil 4 (PS2) because it is splendiforous and I am fed up with the lack of good PS3 games.

Same with me. PS3 games seem to get boring fast while PS2 games are replayable.

Recently picked up the Witcher and have been playing that for a while now. It's a good game, and while the combat takes a bit of getting used to, it's pretty fun once you start chaining attacks, especially at higher levels. This makes the last stretch of the game so entertaining - pure genocidal fun, ripping through entire crowds with the armor piercing sword in a rather spectacular fashion. In the second playthrough I tried to use the potions a bit more, and that really made some of the boss fights pretty easy. With a time-slowing Blizzard potion and some other helpful additions, the final boss (not the optional spectre, but the human) was owned so hard that he didn't even survive more than my first chain of attacks and never got off even one attack of his own. Ownage is fun :D

The biggest issue I had with the game was the fact that while you have a fairly large world to explore, the amount of free-roaming is fairly limited because of all the invisible walls and such. I'd have prefered a more Morrowind-esque level of freedom in exploring the world, so I'd be to at least take a shortcut be jumping off of a bridge to a lower level, cut through the woods to reduce the amount of running around I'd have to do, or perhaps even being able to walk/swim across a river.

Now I've started playing Medieval II: Kingdoms. With the upcoming release of Empire: Total War, M2:TW and the expansion Kingdoms have started appearing in the shops once more - one of the reasons I'd been looking forward to Empire:TW - and I could finally acquire Kingdoms. Started with the Americas campaign and it's been more of the same so far, which is just what I wanted ;)

Black and white 1 or 2? I think 1 was better, if nothing else because it was genuinely HARD. Plus it had Multiplayer. :)

And back to NCAA Football 07. Still the most fun sports game I've played.

Yeah, that game rocked. I never got around to finishing it (I got stuck somewhere, if I remember correctly, and stopped playing in frustration).

As for me, I've dug out my old copy of Age of Empires II: The Conquerors and have been playing that as of late.

Started a KoTOR 2 game. I was originally going to wait until the Restoration Project thing was finished before playing through and also finishing Farcry 2 but I got sick of the respawning enemies at the guard stations (it gets tiresome after the umpteenth time) and tired of waiting so I decided it was time :)

Trying to order FIFA 06 for cheap... preferably PS2, but I'm not too picky.

Saints Row 2. This game is just incredible. Wow.
The missions are fun. There's insurance fraud, where you get bumbed by cars. There's lowering real estate price by shooting poo with a sewage truck. The story missions are Michael Mann stylish shootings. It's all so darn great.
