CZW death match? Some stuff comes from CZW, some other stuff comes from the deepest, darkest recesses of my mind.

That being said... BAM!!!! SOMEONE CALL 911! SOMEONE PLEASE CALL 911!!!

John House is the man. Gargulo sucked.

I have always thought posters in this forum are more down to earth and honest about themselves than any other video game forum I've spent significant time browsing. I used to play fps shooters and read various fps forums; everyone in the forum was the most successful, good looking person ever.

I like to have a laugh and a joke in real life, and sometimes forget where the line in the sand is... pretty much the same online.

My brutal honesty has got me in trouble more than once, when a simple white lie would have sufficed...

Who here hasn't had problems stemming from brutal honesty?

I tell the truth online, but not the whole truth. For example, I never divulge certain kinds of personal information in a public forum - even on these boards.

About the same for me...however, I seem to lean towards being slightly more honest online than in RL, since I find that it's easier to be brutally honest when you can't see the people you're talking to. :rolling:

    How very true. :)
I say things online that I wouldn't dare say in RL.

While I would really much like to answer to question, it would only be a lie.

But how do we know THAT wasn't a lie, and you would actually tell the truth? :D

Ah, logic circles. Just ignore me people, I've had too much sugar :p

Lying is probably the only thing that makes me feel guilty, so I tell the truth in nearly all things. Theres no point me bragging about anything I havent done simply to make myself look better, Im already the most awesome guy nearly everyone I know has ever met, simply just by being myself. I am online who I am offline, chaotic neutral :p

How can you look into my avatar's eyes and say I'm not telling the truth-ish-lie maybe.

Exactly as I do, Montresor. Many a time I have backspaced over a sentence after rethinking whether I wanted to post it. No need to lie, but as they say around here, you don't have to tell everything you know.

 Good one. I'm with DotW.

Trouble is people don't believe me even when I tell the truth. I am an egotistical, self-centere, opinionated person with a tember of a berserker. My opinon is never humble and always honest. Which is why I use IMO instead of that cop-out IMHO. If your opinion isn't honest don't bother me with it and if it is humble I'll probably stomp all over it.

No folks, Grannny halfling rogue is not a sweet, patient, loving, cookie baker.

I am however loyal and basically non-judgemental and care about those I care about.

I tend to be honest everywhere I go, including online, with of course the obvious "not too much information" everybody seems to talk about. I somehow developed the ability to talk a lot without actually saying anything about myself. Mostly telling historical anecdote, experiences I had in life or just plain trivia that somewhat connects to the general trend of the conversation. In essence saying stuff to keep the conversation alive in the hope of a reply. I rarely start conversations myself actually.

However I must say it is far easier to do so in RL when I can use my native tongue and I don't have to re-read and ponder about what I'm saying to make sure that what I say actually makes sense before pressing "post reply" :p Although, in real Life there's no "post reply" button.

I wonder if it's just the people on this board, but it seems that so many of us don't lie.

I tend to be myself online too, which is fairly quiet, not saying much, but when I do say something, it's probably serious and not a lie. I also say more online than in real life, especially showing leadership, which is kind of odd. Sometimes when I RP or play MMORPG's with snobby kids I'll lie or use deceptive strategies or pretend to be stupid. But for chatting or message boards, I am truthful, without revealing too much personal information of course.
