    [​IMG] I was emailed this today from a friend and I was just blown away after reading the emotional comments to the vid. This is real life and what this guy did is just unbelievable considering he filmed this all himself and took 9 months to do it. And at first I didn't understand what he was doing moving all these things around but the mystery quickly unfolded and when I saw him jump off the cliff I gasped and was like OHHH MYYY GAWWDD!

    What do you think? Will he beat the odds? I mean this is a true life real life story! The message at the end is so true too.

    Ok, upon a little investigation it turns out that "TampaGirl" is one of thousands of female-named forum spammer accounts generated by whoever is pushing this viral crap... does anyone know how to report YouTube link spammers directly to YT (if they even care)?

    I have to say, the video wasn't even that good...

    I mean, it's pretty cool, but it's not that dramatically sad.

    And how could he have filmed it all by himself IF THE CAMERA MOVES?!?!

    I watched this when I logged in yesterday, and was going to make a smart-assed comment about what a load of crap the video was, how the guy needs to get a life after two years, and why does a 58 year old woman (ie TampaGirl) write like she's a 15 year old airhead? But I figured that might be somewhat disrespectful to someone with only 3 posts, so I had an uncharacteristic moment of self-restraint.

    Not gonna let that happen again.

    That was so bad that it left me in tears. The kind of tears where your eyes are stinging because you've just dripped some caustic substance into them.

    Maybe Loren left him because he's full of himself.

    I blame all you other posters for making me curious enough to watch a film I normally wouldn't have given a second glance to.

    I didn't bother watching it after I saw that the poster had been bannend and DM's comments that someone aperently *did not* jump off some cliff. :bad:

    Now, if someone does jump off a cliff, that might be worth watching...take this one for example, you just can't beet the classic "Woo Hoo!" at the beginning, which makes all the grunts and curses all more enjoyable. :D

    On the topic of the Video: Is it even worth watching? I don't want to waste my time with my net speed on something like that.

    No, it's not worth watching unless maybe you're a woman and like muscular men. It's a sappy video of a guy picking up heavy items, driving a pickup and a quad ATV to eventually spell out (IIRC) I love you (whatever her name was I don't recall) with stones and bales of hay and something else. Really, really sappy.

    You forgot the part at the end were the maker of the film asks Loren to meet him half way and then the credits go on to say that he hasn't seen this woman in several years (Can't remember how many) and hopes that somehow she will see this video and come back to him.

    Personally I think the guy was probably full of himself and she left him and isn't interested in coming back. Probably if he did know where she was he would be stalking her. :D That's just guessing though.

    Given that this was virally spammed over dozens of thousands of message boards I'd say the only motivation behind its making was the YouTube video advertising cheques that the guy is cashing now.
