    1. Morte
    2. Dakkon
    3. Annah
    4. Fall from Grace
    5. Nordom
    6. Vhailor (if I take him, I leave Nodrom, then dump Vhailor before Trias redemption talk, and pick up Nodrom again in Sigil through Modron Cube - this is done through a component of Quinn's mods (Nodrom picking up))

    1. Morte.
    2. Dak'kon.
    3. Annah.
    4. Fall from Grace.
    5. Ignus. But I usually drop him again pretty fast. He's just too crazy!
    6. Nordom.
    7. Vhailor. But I don't always keep him.

Heh, I forgot all about Ignus...

    I usually avoid him, tbh.

[IMG] :DIgnus, I'm just a sucker for comically insane single class mages."-BBuuuurrn-" And I like the floating/burning man animation. The music when he joins is great, very ominous. By the end of the game he should be casting 2 spell levels higher than Dak'kon I think. Ignus' terror (yeah TNO has it too) works wonders in rubicon, when facing 3 high threat constructs...

To be fair, PS:T is fairly linear in how you get your NPC's. My one criticism of the game is that there are not enough NPC's, and most of them aren't available until late in the game.

That's a matter of preference. I'd much rather the fewer but more developed NPCs of PST than the more numerous but not as developed NPCs of the BG games. I actually think PST has too many NPCs - I hate having to leave two of them behind, especially considering all of them play an integral role in the story. Two extra NPC slots would have been amazing.

I'm sorry for the confusion here folks. I'm just curious what order you can meet and pick up these guys.

    Montresor's list pretty much applies.

Annah - when you return to Hive (after visiting Pharod, looking for the Bronze sphere)

Then you have sort of a pick, concerning the order in which you pick up: Fall from Grace / Ignus / Nordom (all three after a visit to Clerk Ward - see spoiler for some details on what you need to do, (quest wise) for each)
Fall from Grace (finishing all quests in the Brothel of Slating Intellectual Lusts)
Ignus: taking the Decanter of Endless Water (from Drowned Nations) with the command word (from Nemelle, Clerk Ward) to him
Nordom: Random area in the labyrinth of Modron Cube, set on hardest setting. Mordon Cube is purchesable in Clerk Ward, info on it available in the BoSIL)

Vhailor is the last one you can pick up, in the Curst Prison area (a bit tricky to find).

Although Dan Simpson's walkthrough is excellent, I wouldn't recommend it for a first walkthrough. It's far too full of spoilers.
