That's basically what I'm doing. The majority of that $2000-$3000 is to pay for a "pro" to do multiple shoots with her...so spending that much for something that I feel that I can do doesn't make much sense to me. She's been talking to a bunch of people she met at the agency to see how their portfolio turned out. The funny thing is, almost all of them are suggesting that she does her portfolio herself and then get an independent agent. Doesn't sound like too many people like these big agencies... :rolling:

Is this a SC2 related advice, or suggestion of RP withdrawal therapy? :p
In both cases, I'm working on it. :D

Well, I've been offline so long I've missed pages and pages of RBP and I'm not going back now. Tell me if I need to know anything.

ION, countdown is on for my departure for a one month leave starting late next week . . . during which I will rarely if ever have Internet access, so I'll wave  before I leave and then just drop back in when I return.

4th of July long weekend was OK but not wonderful - I live too close to the center of activities in town and had to put up with litter, noise, and far too many ATV's ridden by unhelmeted (illegal) and unsupervised children. Bah humbug. :geezer:

    [IMG] BAH!

I've had the same username for over six years now... you'd think people would be able to spell it! IT'S NOT DIFFICULT!

In fact... It's written right here for you next to the post!

    Hi 8 poeple!

I have to do something tomorrow, I'm getting bored just sitting in front of this computer all day (there's no games installed in this thing, the horror!).

I know exactly what you mean. I hate it when people mis-spell my name too. Like when, instead of Splunge, they type ***hole, ****head or mother****er.

At least, I assume those are typos.

Ok, so today, I receive an e-mail from my exchange university that I do not qualify to study at graduate level while I'm currently studying at graduate level and will be graduating with what looks like "great distinction" before I even set foot in the exchange institution...WTF?

Additionally, my prof informs me that the grades he gave me for my group paper were indeed given to all the participants and that they thus don't really reflect my own achievement, but that on the up side, that's what society is like.

Once more with feeling: WTF? I'm getting bitter.

Heh, I can spell, but I can't type worth a hoot. My poor tying is the real culprit in most of my spelling errors.
My sunburned spots have reached the itchy stage. What fun... not!

Yeah...that sounds like the typical Uni administration...

My school thinks I owe them more than $10,000...there's just one problem, my work pays 100%...and I've always handed over the check on time, and to the correct people. But here's the weird thing - when I asked about it, the administration said I own them nothing...and yet about a week or so later, I got another "we want money" letter in the mail. :rolling:

[IMG] I've not got my uni grades because apparently I didn't submit two pieces of coursework

One they found, the other has to be submitted on CD. Like hell I'm paying for their mistake. I don't even need a grade I don't plan on continuing my studies there.

Bloody hell! It's been a while since I've been here. Missed me? Doubtful :p

Anyhow, I've decided to cut me hair short now, no more shoulder length hair. Also today is my last class of summer school! w00t! With work and school I haven't been able to go online very often.

And uhm, that's pretty much what's new in Flix-land
