    "The role of investigation judge and his place in preparatory procedure." Sigh. The problem itself is interesting, but imagine reading through articles twenty and more years of age, written under the previous code of criminal procedure and in fact still in the commie period. At least the authors weren't buttkissers but had the guts to point some things out.

    Court wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm okay for now, but have another court date in December. I think my stuffed frog helped.

    She's still free and on the loose!

    We all met for lunch after her court date and talked about it. Wife and I wanted to go and sit in the gallery in support, but apparently these family courts are small rooms akin to 'meeting in Judge's chambers' - K's hubby said even HE wasn't allowed in! :eek:

    But the 'willful defaulting in support payments' bit was moot, apparently.

    You know, I'm a little scared how worried I was for my friend. Maybe because of a little 'there but for the grace of God go I'...or rather my wife. :mommy:

    YAY Kuemper! Though having another court date in December kind of stinks.

    About to go visit family for Thanksgiving. So-so. I love them but they can be very trying. Not sure about net access but I'll be back, one way or another.

    Blessings on all for the holiday, though I know it is a non-event for many SP'ers.

    It seems the role of cook for tonight's soirée (A simple evening with friends) has fallen to me. Not too thrilled by the prospect but meh I think my cooking is decent enough. Which also means the awful task of cleaning to dishes is their :p

    Doctor gave me more medication and extented my sick leave. :sick: Baldur's Gate II and hallusinations for the rest of the month!

    ION, www.urbandictionary.com is great, not only for searching weirder words that I've never heard, but for finding funny definitions. For example:
