Zogby International was tasked with conducting a survey on the public opinion in Iraq after the invasion, their attitude and perceptions and about their living and concerns in general. Much has been written about the Zogby Poll, the first conducted in post-war Iraq, and I won't go into detail here.

However, quite remarkable IMO is this text by Mr. Zogby himself, describing How the Poll Results on Iraq Were Manipulated. Besides, the careful re-interpretation was done by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI)*. Maybe that explains the 'slant' in interpretation Mr. Zogby felt to have to correct.

    * ... also home of PNAC. Compare the adresses: 1150 Seventeenth Street, N.W. Washington, DC 20036 ... for the AEI; PNAC is in suite 510 of the same building.
