I'm not sure if this is a BG1 thing or a Tutu bug, but I picked up Yeslick in the Cloackwood Mines and he doesn't seem to have access to all the spells he should. Notably, Holy Smite and Cure Moderate Wounds, my two favourite lvl3 spells. Branwen had no problem with them. Is this a bug or something to do with Yeslick?

I'm using Tutu with BG2: TOB and BG1: The Original Saga.

Some of the NPCs in BG1 seem to have dodgy spell picks - for example, I think the PC can get the level 2 Cure spell but no other priests do.

So, I think it's just an oddity of the system.

We are correcting spells and sphere access in the Cleric Remix mod at http://www.gibberlings3.net but the mod's still in beta.

Well, Branwen is not a good reference for clerical spells, since some spells in her list are actually Druid-only spells, which have nothing to do in a cleric's spell-list. My guess the changes are somehow related to the cleric's deity.

Baldur's gate follows the D&D rules very closely, and it's to do with the priest's wisdom how many spells they are allowed and the spells are picked from a pregenerated list.

That's why you sometimes get different spells for instance Jahiera frequently has the lvl three spell Dispel Magic but sometimes she doesn't.

Actually, according to the tables in the manual, wisdom only affects spells per day, not spells known.

I've never ever seen happen what Jan Jansen is saying.
