    My fighter/thief's xp ticker stopped at 900,500 xp (also lvl 11/14)

    This is way to soon! Bug or Madness???

    [​IMG] You know it's very annoying when you post a question at the bottom of an existing topic, and then go off and start another one. I started to type the reply in the original one, and then saw you went and opened a new one for it. At least wait for a while if no one answers there before you go opening new topics. And go back now and edit that one so that you don't have two identical questions going on.

    Anyway, the answer:
    The XP cap allows you to get up to 1,801,000 experience points. This will let your characters get to approximately 14th-18th level.

    So what you have is perfectly right for a MC character, since the XP gets divided in two there.

    Hmm, sorry about that! :)

    But another fighter/thief got to level 24/29, why didn't he stop getting lvl ups ?

    Virik, if you only had the original IWD installed, you could that high only if you removed the experience cap.

    Probably by resting a whole lot in area's that keep respawning enemies, Mollusken (remember Ankheg-area in BG1?).

    See now with HoW you can play until your heart's content and you gain millions more XP. If you reach the cap on HoW you are just playing the game to much. :)

    And Grovflab, no one told you about Tal's power? (oh no I let you the secret) :)
