    It's a full pedigree chinese crested, they're supposed to be hairless apart from the "tuft on the head (and a bit of the tail.) It's a legal and accepted form of dog breeding to interbreed (brothers and sisters, parents with children) but this is the sad result. Quite amazing it was allowed to live, most breeders (The C*nts) tend to kill any that don't make the grade.
