[IMG] I have a P4 1.8 GHz, 256 MB DDR RAM, and the Intel 845 motherboards on-board graphics chip (which is the main problem). I had a Geforce 4 MX 440 but the motherboard I have on the present computer doesnt have an AGP slot. Hence, I managed to allot upto 64 MB to the Graphics subsystem.

Doing this allowed me to play NWN which had a minimum requirement of 16 MB to play. It was kinda slow, giving only about 20-25 FPS, but it was playable.

What I want to know is whether the same holds good for ToEE? If I don't have a video card, and the given configuration, will it work?

Also, if I can find a motherboard with an AGP slot and install the card I already have, what kind of performance can I expect in-game?

I would say it might run..but its going to be jerky more then likely. Get a new MB with a new video card fi you want to run it..

I have similar specs, and I've gotten no problems with most of the game.
Lag happens when you point the cursor over uncrossable bodies of water, during character creation, and when you go anywhere near the exterior of Jaroo's dwelling place.
There's also a little when you find yourself surrounded by a lot of enemies which cast area-effect buffs on themselves.

Heh, I'd have bought a kick-a** graphics card ages ago if my motherboard'd had the AGP slot. So basically, a system which can run NWN can run ToEE?

How jerky is jerky? Will it be playable or will it be a slideshow?

The game isn't really all that gpu intensive. And it's geared for 800x600. I'd expect that 1.8ghz machine to handle it. Leave AA off with that video card, though.

Your system is fine... NWN's graphics is better than TOEE.
