Will Edwin join?

    If you choose to get help from the vampires instead of the thieves will Edwin still join you?
    I've never tried Ed. If he will join you, after you side with the vamps, how do you get him?

    you will have to complete the Maevar part of the thieves guild quests to get Edwin - doing these quests does not lock you in with them though, so you can complete them, then subsequently betray them and help the vampires. Seeing as how Edwin's business with the thieves is over after you retrieve his papers for him and he is evil in the first place, he shouldn't have any objections either.

    If you did not do the Maevar's quests/picked up Edwin before agreeing to side with Bodhi and help the vampires there's no way to pick up Edwin as far as i know of.

    Well Edwin and Nalia don't get along. If I have Nalia and try to recruit Edwin she leaves. Looks like Edwin is out again. Lol. Oh well. Can't have ALL the cake I guess. It's a shame to because I love cake :1eye:

    Don't forget to get the nether scroll in the Graveyard district. It leads to one of the funniest moments in the game.

    Its Edwin's quest just go to the graveyard with him. Its in the lower part not far from Korgans quest where the grave has already been looted.

    Wait, is it Neera or Nalia that leaves if Edwin joins?

    Nalia shouldn't leave due to any incompatibility with other NPCs. Or at least in the original version.

    Ah ok, that clears up my confusion :)

    But yeah, if you have Edwin in your party, his quest is hilarious. There's some priceless dialog with some of the other NPCs while his quest is on-going.

    There was some pretty great stuff with Edwin, Jaheira and Yoshimo that I remember, but I wouldn't be surprised if most NPCs have something to say about it.
