    I'll second that.

    After that I would have to say it would be Wolverine, Nightcrawler, then Sprite/Ariel/Shadowcat.

    For me, it would have to be Colossus. His name is a Russified version of mine, he is a pretty good tank, and he looks cool. His ability to work as a team member rocks (fastball special!)

    Wolverine has been overdone, both in the comics and the films. At least, IMHO he has.

    There is nothing wrong with saying Magneto - he took over running the team for a while back around issue 200.

    I liked Beast better as an Avenger to tell you the truth. Somehow he seemed to fit into that team much better than he did with the X-Men.

    Also, I liked the character when he was in blue furry mode but I found his non-furry modes to be quite dull. His non-furry super strong moron mode was just plain painful.

    I always thought it kind of weird how growing blue fur would change a guy from being a mostly serious geek into an irreverent wisecracker.

    yes he is.

    Another Gambit fan here. Also Wolverine, although I agree with Lord Keldin that he's "overused". As I said in the other thread, they should've made their "dirty secrets" REMAIN secret. That's what made them so damn cool.

    I am surprised that Xavier is not mentioned, as he is probably the most powerful of them all. He can control anyone and have their powers. Actually Rogue could have Xaviers powers...
