Which driver for graphics card?

    [​IMG] I was going to download the latest driver for my Sapphire Radeon 9600XT, but there are two drivers listed under Win98/98SE. Which one should I use?

    Catalyst 6.2 Windows 98 / 98 SE -> version: "6-2_wme_dd_cp_30314"
    or...
    WDM -> version: "tv-capture-wdm-6-14-10-6240"

    I'm guessing the catalyst one, but don't want to take any chances as the card appears to be working fine anyway.

    I would imagine both of them.

    The Catalyst driver is for video output, while the other one looks like the driver for video capture which that board apparently supports.

    I guess if you don't do any video capture, you wouldn't need the second driver...

    The Catalyst one is the actual video driver. As BTA said, you only need the other one if you're using video capture. If you're not, you're probably better off not installing it - no need to clutter your system with drivers you're not using.
