Where (and how) do you play NWN online?

I just got accepted in ALFA (alandfaraway.net) on my first attempt. I've heard that getting in is supposed to be difficult, so I guess I got lucky. Anyway, I have yet to try it out, I don't have access to my computer until the weekend.. but it's very much in beta yet, the whole game world seems largely deserted. Where do you play NWN online? Do you play single quests or mods with a dm and a few players, or do you go to one of the hack n slash servers? Do you participate in a big, persistent world, kind of like ALFA? Do you stick to playing with friends, or do you play with whoever you meet at the server? Do you play NWN online at all?

[IMG] I find it's best to team up with someone if you are a low level, until you get enough xp to adventure on your own. Obviously a Lvl 1 character couldn't take on Fire Giants! R-P servers are best because after all, NWN is all about R-P . When playing online I usually look for a server with more than 10 players on, as it can get a bit boring if there's only a couple of you online :)

I've been playing on a server called Exaria. It's a persistent world, and I've never seen any less than 40-60 players online at a time. Only problem is, it doesn't seem to have quite enough bandwidth, so you'll get booted if there's a lot of people.

I don't usually like entering into a random game. The best way to play is to get a group of friends and have a LAN party or a private game.
