I just bought a new guitar amp for US $1599 on Ebay before my conscience got the better of me. What's your biggest purchase on the net?

IIRC, I asked the same only a few months back... I guess. :xx:

The most recent: 300 € to a sound upgrade.
The most expensive: 500 € of a 17" TFT screen.

It's rather easy to buy computer stuff online when they all are the same anyway, but with the benefit of fresh comparisons (mbnet.fi is the only one good know -shame that the english "comparisons" are utter crap).

I got an Engl Powerball. You can't get Engls here, so very happy to finally get one at a reasonable price.

$3000 (!) What guitar is it? The custom shop Ibanez you posted a while ago?

Hmmm...not much for me. The most expensive purchase I made on like would probably be the 2 computer cases, one 480W power supply, a Vantec 'fan card', and a foot long bluse cold cathode light all on one order that came to just shy of $150.

Now that I have two jobs, and a hefty tax return comming my way, I'll be doing a bit more shopping at newegg.com...and yes Tal, that shiny new SPS account, just as soon as I get to 2000 posts, which less than 100 to go! :rolling:

Around £30 - £40 for a game. I'm considering buying a guitar online, but I'd rather play a guitar and look over it before I buy it.

Shopping spree in last years January sales included a double oven, a dishwasher, and an intergrated digital widescreen TV.

I bought my Dell computer online for the nice sum of 1300 euro. Pretty much money for a poor student like myself :D

"The Complete Monty Python's Flying Circus Megaset" for $149.96 + Shipping Cost to Europe.

Why there is no *complete* collection of Flying Circus available from the UK, is beyond me. They don't even have it on VHS, not to speak of DVD.
The BBC only has "The Best of Flying Circus".

A t-shirt from the SP shop. And a mouse pad. Never really totalled that up, but I'm sure Tal bought a couple of 'fancy suits' witht the profits. :D

Dell PC for me as well, I think, about 6-7 years ago. I think it was around $2200 US. It could have the been the Gateway PC that I bought before that one. It may have been around $2500, but I can't recall.

    Ah the single life....
