    Assassin, Sorcerer, Mage/Thief, Blade...

And all these characters are ALWAYS Chaotic Neutral...don't know why, but I feel weird playing any other alignment.

I think Druids rock, especially with Ashes of Embers so they can use bows. My idea of Druids is that they should be able to use bows. After seeing underworld I got inspired to play a shapeshifter ;) , and I think they're underrated (the little troopers)--well, with refinements in any event. And if anyone has looked closely at the werewolf animation you'll see they're so darn cute and squidgey.

Fighter/Mage for me dual-wielding Celestial Fury and Daystar or the Flail of Ages.

Also a Berserker/Cleric with Crom and FoA.

For me it's always a thief of some sort. Mainly pure thief without any kits.

Never played a cleric or any other divine spell users.

Good aligned cleric for me. Paladins tend to be a bit too lawfull for me. But something good and divine usually does it.

I'd have to go with Archers on this one. Especially with Greater Whirlwind and a Case of Plenty +2.

I prefer to use a Paladin, Rangers are also one of my favourites.

Just curious, can a Kensai/thief with UAI wear armor?

Thor, yes they can... it overrides everything so they can use Carosmyr or Staff of magi too. As a HLA UAI has no equal IMHO.

As a result I try to pick a class that can get it... Bard or Multiclass Thief.

hmm, it's sad that a theif multi or dual cant backstab with the staff of the magi then, it would be insane....

oh and for classes, it must be sorcerer, berzerker, assasin or F/T

I like Kensai-Mage, Fighter-Thief-Mage, and Avenger classes. In theory my favourite is Ranger-Bard, but it is a little difficult in BG2...
