I know of the 7 races and 11 classes, but what about all the mods that we know will be made? I plan to make a few new classes myself once the game comes out, will there be support for new character classes on the servers? And what if the server is modified?

I think it all depends on the servers. If they're well run, then I'm sure they won't let you use a modified class or race without clearing it with them. Some servers I've looked at seem to want to add innovations, some might not. I think it all depends on the server. Now I'm not sure how it works, but I think perhaps the server and the gamer might have to have the modifications installed. I don't know though; that's just a guess. Of the server is modified, well, then I guess you'd have to download whatever their mods are to be able to play on it. Again, it's all a guess, but I do know some servers will be looking to add certain mods to their games. You just need to find the right one.
