Ever met someone with a curious name? Well, my second name is Welch, and people constantly spell it 'Welsh'

I once knew somebody called Holly Bush, I met her at a holiday camp

I remember somebody called Mr. Pfeuff (said Pfoof)

My dad used to work with a guy called Richard Cranium. And there was a Richard Head at my college. For the non English speakers, Richard is shortened to Dick, which is slang for the male reproductive organ!!

I once read a book about baby names (I was very bored) and among the least common baby names in America there were Murder, Cabbage, and Bulldozer. Think about it for a second. That means that someone actually named their kid Murder.

Airzee? Well, the zee part I can understand, that means ocean. But air is a word I only know from english. It is not a part of the dutch vocabulary. If it's belgian it could be some french influence, but I don't know much about the belgian language (ie the dialect between dutch, french and german :D )

A dialect!? You should hear yourselves speak, Faragorn. :p

Anyhow I can't make much of it either. Zee is sea or ocean as Faragorn said, the air part remains a mystery for now I guess.

Thats very funny Joa. We have a teacher at our school called Kent Ahl. His daughter is named Ann...Though she is much older than me.

    Humm...
    Oh oh!
My cousins name is Philip. We use to call him Fille. Which rhymes with pille. Pille - dick.
His brother's name is Calle. Which rhymes with balle. Balle - dick.
Their mother's name is Birgitta. Which rhymes with fitta. You can guess what that is.
Their father's name is Göran. That doesnt really rhyme with anything...

    Oh oh #2!
My "friend"s name is Lisa, which rhymes with fisa. Fisa - fart.
Her mom's name is Anita, which rhymes with skita. Skita - ****.
Her sis' name is Märta, which rhymes with fjärta. Fjärta - fart.
Her father's name is Torbjörn. That doesnt really rhyme with anything either...

My god, I am totally weird and sick. :aww:

This is absolutely true - my father has a friend named Hugues Phallus. He calls himself "Tino" and who can blame him? Naturally, even his friends refer to him as "Big Dick" behind his back.

I knew someone in high school named Winton. Kinda like Winston but without the 's'. But the problem was, he is Chinese-Canadian and still looks more Asian, so his nickname is Won Ton. You know, the dumplings in soup.

My last name is Buzard (Buz-R-d) but everyone mistakes it with "Buzzard"...I'm not a freaking bird!

I've heard stories of a girl who went to my high school who is seriously named Shi#head (sh-ith-ade) ...I guess her mother passed out after giving birth to her, and her dad was drunk or something. Now that had to be hard growing up with. :rolling:
