IF quick time says it can't play the Aeri .wav files, but they work in the game, what player can I use then? Media player divx winamp. None of them can play it. Any ideas of shareware players that can?

Uh, I have the newest version of MusicMatch and I can say that it will not play the game's versions of wav files.

DLTCEP might, but I was never able to get it to work properly.

get java(runtime) if you don´t have it>get near infinity>get acm2wav.exe and put in the near infinity folder>listen to some wavs.
*.jar files must not be associated with any program.

Infinity Sound Converter from TeamBG can also convert them to a playable (and thus editable)format.

Sounds like there is not an easy way (or no way at all). Check out this thread, which was about a similar question.

Going back to the original post in this thread, I believe that the WAV files are actually compressed wav files, despite the fact that they still have a .wav extension.

    On a related topic.... ;)

I was so pleased that they released the Icewind Dale soundtrack on CD! I was even able to download the Torment soundtrack online. I also have the BG1 soundtrack, but, hey, let's face it, the BG2 soundtrack was far superior, but unfortunately plans for a CD release were canceled at the last minute due. :( Is it possible to somehow extract (and, if neccesary, convert) the music files from BG2 so I can create my own BG2 sountrack CD? :)

Yes, they did, and I have it. :) Seems they may only have offered it for a short period of time, though.
