I think Kangaxx the Demi-Lich is immune to level 1-9 spells, but wand of wonders works on him.(first, hasted him;and then petrificated him)is it a characteristic of that wand or a bug?

Well, I know that some wands, like the Wand of Cloudkill are known to bypass certain things, but I have never used the Wand of Wonders.

Like a death wish swinging that around.
