Just saw that there's a new version with different types of treasure goblins and new planes and such. I haven't touched it since completing reaper of souls many months ago. Is this worth picking up again?

There's another update to 2.2.0 (on console at least, pretty sure the PC version is the same) with even more Treasure Goblin types, new Bounties in 3 of the acts and a reworking of most of the set items to reduce the prevalence of being forced to play only certain end-game builds to be effective in higher Greater Rifts, but fundamentally, it's still Diablo 3. Version 2.2 is mostly about encouraging build diversity for end-game.
