    New RPGs Releasing this week, 12/16/2024

    We're right on the cusp of Christmas, but despite the busy schedule, I'm doing my best not to leave any content behind. In fact, thanks to the many big announcements lately, you might have noticed even more updates than usual. With that said, here's the weekly recap, where we take a look at what's debuting in the coming days. Quality takes precedence over quantity this week.

    First up is Stoneshard. This long-anticipated RPG roguelike, which always seems just out of reach of its final release, is ready to give us a major consolation prize with the massive Rags to Riches update. Alongside numerous quality-of-life and gameplay improvements, the update introduces the long-promised caravan system. This feature will allow you to explore the world, hire specialists to enhance its functionality, and save your progress near dungeons. I'm personally holding out for the full release, but I'll definitely be taking a closer look at this update. The release is set for December 16 on PC via Steam.
