Due to this games wonderful moral and aligment choises, i was never able to play as a good character. There is just something that i like about being a cheat, lier, law twister, manipulater etc.

So, despite untold play throughs i never really got to play as a pancy goodie-do-gooder. And heres my question: is it possible to equip Trias' sword if you are good? I cant remember... If it is, does it look as cool as it does in the hands of Trias(one of the best characters i have seen)?

Also, i think it was a rather foolish decision not to include swords in PS:T. Aside from realism issues, swords, in my opinion, could add an element to immersion. A legendaray hammer of something is just... not right compared to a sword in a fantasy setting.

You can use the sword if you're Lawful Good, but it won't look like when Trias uses it. You'll be given a choice of what shape the weapon will be - axe, hammer, dagger, club. It won't be a sword in NO's hands.

Actually, I think you do have the option to use it as a sword (the only one in the game, IIRC)... tho it would be a strange decision to make, as the sword would use the edged proficiency and do the same damage as a dagger, but with the huge disadvantage that you could only use it as a fighter. And if you're playing exclusively as a fighter, why are you putting all of your points into edged weapons anyway?

The Nameless One never uses swords in Placescape: Torment. The only sword in the game that any PC can use is Dakkon's Zerth Blade, and only Dakkon can use that.

Celestial Fury takes one of five forms: dagger, axe, club, hammer, or gauntlets (fist proficiency), which you choose the first time you pick up/equip the weapon.
