    I just finished reading Echo City. Tim Lebbon is a fantastic writer and I'm glad I picked him up. His dark fantasy world draws you in and keeps you going with intricate imperfect characters tangled in a well thought out plot. He creates a difficult and harsh world with just enough flavorful dollops of hope and inpiration to keep you on line. I really enjoyed this book and will be reading more of his work.

    Never heard if him. I'll have to check him out. But tell me one thing: does he have gratuitous sex? I don't mind sex that is integral to the plot, but the sex for the sake of sex in a lot of books ticks me off.

    :lol: Actually LKD there was no gratuitous sex but it was still a very good story. I find it interesting that you would ask .... and even more interesting that you would not want it in the book considering some of your posts in the MUG :p.

    Touché my friend! I guess there is a time and place for everything, and in younger days I was more interested in the kink, but now I just find it sad and pathetic.
