The link doesnt work for me. The website just hangs. Could you simply explain what game it is? Do you mean PS:T? If so, then I run Planescape on XP with no problems at all.

Yes, sorry. It's a Planescape: Torment/Soulbringer combo. The link forwarded me to that site's main page...but they do carry PS:T.

I've also got the 2-CD version. It runs perfectly on my XP Pro system without doing anything special to run it.

I've got the 4 CD version and everytime I try to go in a new area it comes up with "visual C++ runtime liabrary error" and it won't let me go any further.

I did have a problem running the game on XP when I installed it to a directory other than the default. I would crash every time I left the create character screen. I reinstalled the game to the default path and it worked fine.

PST is easily worth a few hundred dollars, so don't worry about paying for Soulbringer. Just think of it as free.

PST worked for me on XP. Pre-SP2 and likely pre-SP1, as well, but it did.

I bought it in the double pack with Soulbringer and I've had no problems what so ever.
