[IMG] Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, we have no less than three SPS accounts lasting a year and a half to give away to members currently without them!

As usual, we'll make you work to get any free stuff around here, but not too much. Because we care. :shake:

What you need to do to participate - pay attention now - consists of 4 steps:

    1) If you don't already know, find out which year Sorcerer's Place was born. Yes, we're THAT OLD!

    2) Find out how many separate D&D game forums we currently have on Boards o' Magick. Watch out - the container forum does NOT count but the subforums DO!

    3) Subtract the above number of forums from the year that SP's been created.

    4) Click the Report Post [IMG] icon at the bottom left of this post and write the DIFFERENCE (result) in the report field only and hit the button to submit it.

    Easy peasy!

The giveaway is open to everyone registered on Boards o' Magick without an active SPS account, but do note that in the likely case of receiving more than three correct entries, the lucky winners will be selected randomly from the pool of entries. We'll be accepting entries until September 30th, 2014, 11pm CEST. The lucky winners will be notified via a private message the following day.

In case there are any questions (EXCLUDING WHAT THE CORRECT ANSWER IS, OBVIOUSLY...), please post them here or PM me.

Hint: the linked pages contain all the answers you need

Do the EE or BG3 forums count?

Actually not as straight forward as it seems to list the D&D game forums, unless you are really familiar with what games are D&D based and not.

For example the download central forums are a mix. The forum of holding isn't all D&D. Good luck everyone. Unless you know your games very well this may prove to be deceptively challenging.

OK, since there seems to be some confusion over this I'll throw in some more hints & clarifications.

    1) Only the D&D game forums count. The download forums do not!

    2) Everything in the forum of holding is considered D&D, as d20 originates from D&D as well.

Coupled with all the other hints I've already provided this REALLY shouldn't be hard now! ;)

Tempting, but I think I'll manage without. It would be petty to compete against people who actually want an SPS account. :D

We've got a grand total of 1 correct answer so far, so right now the chances of winning are pretty high for anyone who actually comes up with the correct answer to this apparently devilishly hard maths problem! :shake:

Stop mucking about. Just pay for the account and post somewhere. How hard can it be?

I'll be notifying the lucky winners via PM shortly, but for everyone curious about the correct answer, it was 1980 (1999 - 19). Apparently an incredibly hard number to figure out... :shake:

Thanks to everyone who took part in the raffle, even if you didn't win!
