Children of Bodom. “Hate Crew Deathroll"

"Fading in the night to end the suffering
    The world you've left behind
Adventitious thoughts disclose the path you've chosen
    Darkness shows you light?"

    Belated confirmation.

And no clue on that one. [EDIT] Unless it's once again posted in "What song can't you get out of your head at the moment".

Ok, it's not the one from "what song can't you get out of your head, although it is the same band. It's from their newest cd(Buried In Oblivion) and they're from Canada.

    Here ya go
    "Deep into a dying day
I took a step outside an innocent heart
Prepare to hate me fall when I may
This night will hurt you like never before

    Old loves they die hard
    Old lies they die harder

    I wish...

I`m going down so frail `n cruel
Drunken disguise changes all the rules"

Sorry, but those lyrics are no easier (for me anyway). This game will go nowhere if we can't guess anything.

Sorry. We can't help it if we don't know much.

It's not that we don't know much, it's that he's pulling from fairly obscure metal bands. I could do the same with some of the punk bands I listen to but thats takes away the fun of the game.

And the band that released Buried In Oblivion is
    Into Eternity.

Yup, I can confirm that one. I wish I had an Angel it is. I know mostly because I've been listening to it incessantly since I saw them perform it live :D

  15. If it is my turn.

"Crazy, but that's how it goes
Millions of people living as foes
    Maybe it's not too late
    To learn how to love
    And forget how to hate"

I was down and out on Skid Row
But I held on to my pride
    The darkest son of Ireland
He was standin' by my side

There are two hints about the identity of the artist among the above lyrics.

Ah, thanks for the hints! First I thought it would be Thin Lizzy (they started out as "Skid Row"). But of course it is Blood of Emeralds by Gary Moore. Correct?

Absolutely. However, IIRC Skid Row had nothing to do with Thin Lizzy, they were just the first band of Gary Moore.
