    Knew a guy named David Berkowitz when I was a kid. Boy did he switch to his middle name fast.

    For those who are wondering what the heck I am talking about, here in the states about, oh, 25 or so years ago there was a mass-murderer named David Berkowitz who was also called the Son of Sam and the 44 Caliber killer (his weapon of choice). You got funny stares for a long time if your name was Berkowitz in the stretch of New York where I grew up.
