    Found dead in a hotel in Bankok, on location for a film.

    Mega-bummer for me. Kill Bill is my favorite movie and I loved Kung Fu.

    This is Truly and Utterly sad :(

    Even in movies I didn't like David Carradine's performance always stood out for me as the most enjoyable aspect of that movie. His acting will be sorely missed.

    You've never heard of it? Wow, you must live a sheltered life. We had a kid on a ship in our battlegroup die this way -- I certainly wouldn't have wanted to make the call to the family.

    Not to split hairs, but I'm fairly certain T2 was talking about the fact that you hadn't heard of it. When I was growing up, one of the parishioners at my church died that way and my mother didn't know what it was. The priests were astonished that she'd never heard of it...

    Man, talk about sad. I loved his performance in Kung-Fu, and Kill Bill wouldn't be the same without him. If I may, here is a "David Carradine fact" as a tribute:

    David Carradine is not dead, he's just too badass for a physical body to keep up with him.
