    1)
Is a ring of Force Shield usable as often as desired? Or only a limited # of times/day?? Or does it have charges?? It doesn't say anything about charges so I'm assuming it doesn't have any??
It looks to me like it's usable as often as desired at will??

Force Shield: An iron band, this simple ring generates a shield-sized (and shield-shaped) wall of force that stays with the ring and can be wielded by the wearer as if it were a heavy shield (+2 AC). This special creation has no armor check penalty or arcane spell failure chance since it is weightless and encumbrance-free. It can be activated and deactivated at will as a free action.

    2) Under the Special purpose item dedicated powers table one of the options is:

Wielder gets +2 luck bonus on attacks, saves and checks.

I'm guessing that since it doesn't say "damage rolls" (or something like that) that it does NOT include damage rolls right??

    1. Correct, there is no cost for (de-)activating the ring and can be used as often as want as long as you have a free action available. Of course, if the wielder is wielding a 2-handed weapon or currently has another shield equipped they would need to get rid of that first to actually get the benefit from the wall of force.
    2. Yes, unless it specifically mentions adding to weapon damage rolls, assume the luck bonus to attacks only applies to see if you actually hit.

Shield bonuses obviously don't stack. However, you can use a ring of force shield with two handed weapons. Releasing a grip on your weapon is a free action. Activating the shield is a free action. So you can attack with the weapon, then release the grip and activate the shield. Of course, that means you forfeit any attacks of opportunity until your next turn
