Well, I finishted the game in normal mode, and now i'm doing it again in Hof mode with the same party and same weapons, armor, etc.
But are there going to be some interresting things or not?

Depends on what you mean by "interesting".

Depending on your normal mode combat style, HOF battles tend to play out a bit differently because the monsters have a great deal more HP and have Fort Saves that rarely seem to fail. Saves with Will Saves tend to work better in HOF. And remember that your summons will have the same level of HPs as enemy monsters. A number of the bigger battles will actually have more monsters to fight.

HOF can be fun cuz it gives you a chance to play with your higher level party against monsters that take some work to kill. Some people like HOF, some do not.

I personally loved HoF. It took me a while to get used to as the game is geared more to spellcasting rather than melee. The mistake i made was sending my tanks in with my summons - they just get creamed very quickly.
i usually send in my thief to scout out the area and then send in a wave of buffed up zombie lords. This leaves my party free to zap them with spells from a (relativlely) safe position.
As Crusis says, use spells that effect will power (after malison) and sit back and watch the fun begin.
In particulary cramped situations i also find it useful to block enemy routes with rhino beetles (they can take a hell of a beating).
My only real gripe with HoF is the apparent lack of imagination with the enemies - it would have made more sense if you were fighting beholders and dragons instead of masses of goblins with godlike stats.
That aside, it will give you a real challange if you are finding the normal version a breeze.

Toker, the malison spell really isn't all that necessary, particularly if your spellcasters have taken the SF and GSF: Enchantment feats.

Rhino beetles do indeed make great roadblocks cuz they're so large. OTOH, you have to be careful when you cast Summon Monster IX cuz one of the monsters it can summon is a Frost Giant. FG's are great summons, except that if you are inside, they may bee to large to pass thru some doors or passageways. And because their durations in HOF will be so long, they often end up being a waste of a spell. Sometimes in more cramped situations, its better to cast a somewhat lesser summoning spell that will summon a normal sized monster that won't get stuck in a room.

Is summon shadow a conjugation spell? from a previous post i was told that this a great spell - great that is unless your main spell caster is an evoker!
i thought it would be more interesting to have a specialist mage, unfortunately this has really limited the effectivness of my party. I will not make the same mistake again.

Summon Shadow is a Necromancy spell.

Yes, specialist wizards can be limiting if they're the only mage in your party. OTOH, if you already have a sorcerer as your primary mage, a specialist wizard as a secondary mage is not a big deal.
