Y'know, Aeris' theme from Final Fantasy VII, played on piano, is possibly the most beautiful thing I've ever heard. Brings tears to the eye.

    Meh, I'm getting soft.

I'm very pleased by new albums I've got recently:
Katatonia, Theatre Of Tragedy and Sepultura.
Metal will be strong this year \m/(><)\m/

I already have the best album of this year, and possibly, of all time. I'll have to listen to it more to decide, though my favourite album of all time seems to be based on which Bal-Sagoth album I last listened to/am currently listening to.

Bleh. if everyone went and shotgunned the music they don't like, we would have no music at all. so suck it up - not everyone likes noise disguised as "metal" either.

I was kidding anyway, I decided a while ago that James Blunt's music can be enjoyed.

You're Beautiful always gets played at discos, meaning that there is guaranteed to be a slow dance. Slow dances are awesome, therefore I don't mind James Blunt, since he gets me a slow dance.

James Blunt really aggravates me. I don't like his music, his lyrics, or his voice.

    *shivers* James..... Blunt......

I've been listening to the Chthonic Chronicles for days now. I think that I can quite definitively say that it is the greatest album of all time. I tried to have no expectations in the run up to its release, and it has just completely blown me away. Alas that this marks the (likely) end of Bal-Sagoth; though I knew that this day would come, I had hoped that it would not be for some time.

Does anyone know what the laws in America are on tablature now? I found a whole bunch last night, so I figured they couldn't have banned them... or are they just illegally there now?

The MBP is moving rather slowly... I haven't had to count it in quite a while, and I won't for another 12 pages...

I was trying to play Tranquil by Darkest Hour... they have some talent, let me tell you. It is not impossible, but it is so difficult to play... they play it so quickly...
