Thank you Dragonfly and DotW for your concern but that wouldn't be fair to others. Besides I need a new and different challenge.

    Oo! Monster rating, monster rating!

On another topic, I made a donkey out of myself again last night going on a bar round with our guitarist. Talked a little too much rubbish of how  I might be and gave a bad impression of myself. I don't know what compels me to such idiocy. But luckily he might not be a total stranger to the darker side of being human...

@Nakia: You could aim for the first place as most frequent poster on the boards. You are only about 10,160 posts away from Taluntain's record. :)

In other news we have bright sunshine today with about 10 centigrade. Spring is definitely coming.

Hmm, I think I am going to start playing BG2 again, and maybe this time I'll get to ToB... I've never actually even started ToB (despite having the game for two years)

[Edit: Sigh, as always, I should probably read the last page of the thread before posting. This is now a pointless post. How pointless.]

I too am on the verge of the rogue stone - 2 posts away, more precisely, so when the 4k posts is reached... what now?

*EDIT* Err, make that one post.

@Standux, welcome, I was never close to being oldest but I am, by the standards of SP, old.

@Saber, enjoy BG2. I've played through to ToB twice and am fooling around with it again. If you're in a hurry you can always skip the side quests but I'm never in a hurry.

    @Nakia, midlife crisis, huh?

@DoTW, now I've posted this and you can reply and you're there. Tada.

[IMG] I learned today that at the place where I made my internship from all the internship reports they had, only two were made required reading for the professionals when they start their work there. I wrote one of the two reports  :spin: And yes, I am quite happy about it :heh:

Posting from school, as I am effectively banned from using my computer at home for anything other then homework. I'm sure there's a lesson there, but damned if I know what it is.

Ofelix, surely if I can put up with ya'll standux can. :) And even like you, find you stimulating and learn from you.

Montresor, I was hoping for something that is doable during my life time. :D

revmaf, I wish it was a mid-life crisis. Let's see; a lot of people are living to 100+ now. So we could break it down this way. (don't get hysterical anyone this is just rambling)

    0-25 = youth, 26-50 = adulthood, 51-75 = mid-life, 76-100 = matured adult.

um, based on that I could be in a tail-end mid-life crisis. That makes me feel a little better. :D

Well, got distracted from BG2 because I got... God of War 2! Holy crap, it is amazing! I've played for 2.5 hours already, it rocks hard. You won't see me for the rest of vacation because I will be playing that :D

Consider it a small taste of what it must feel like to rule the world. Achieving one's goal is not nearly as enjoyable as the fight getting there. :bad: :skeptic:

People in general always want more. And if that statement doesn't depress you enough, you need to watch the short film: 'More'. It'll turn you in to a pessimist in no time at all! :p :rolling:

Ah, Kitrax, so true a statement. The fun is in the battle not the triumph. Well, the triumph was fun until I realized I had nowhere else to go. :) The adrenaline rush, the joy, the exalted feeling...all gone in a flash.

I just had a Psychology test. It was supposed to take over an hour and a half, and I finished it under 20 min. I didn't study either. Was it a bad test, or am I smart. :hmm:

I guess you'll find out when you receive the mark. If everyone else got a similar mark then you can assume that it was a bad test.
