    [IMG] We had snow!

    Snow in England!

    In early April!

And I was wearing my smallest outfit last night to my boyfriends gig... was cold most the evening :o The people from The Observer were there and people from 2ten FM have recorded one of his songs and had a mini interview on stage with the Morning Crew so my darling is going to be on the radio  Will probably be in the national newspaper too. Camera people took a few pics of me too, so that could be worrying  will be his first album out as well, live and all. I'm really excited for him! :)

After some poker with some friends last night we got an impulse to go watch a movie... saw The Ruins... which is perhaps the worst movie I've ever seen.

Yah, it snowed here yesterday too which was really depressing considering that we had almost all the snow gone already. *sigh* I hate winter, even if it is supposed to be spring.

...So, Chicken Is Good, The Ruins is bad? sorry :D :D  I just couldn't resist...

When I bought the card, it was the only 256 Meg PCI card I could find, that's why I went Nvidia this time. Now I'm trying to get teh driver updates on a dialup connection, so I hope to get to bed before my parents get up...

Speaking of which, at what age does it go from "still living in my parent's basement" to "caring for aging parents"?

Buy a standard sizeed tarp, fold it over a few tims so it covers the hole with at least a foot on all sides, and then use lots and lots of duct tape!

    Well....
"Still living in my parent's basement" is between the ages of 18 - death
    and
"caring for aging parents" only kicks in if they are 80+ and actually *need* your help. :p

But don't forget...even if you qually ify for "caring for aging parents" you're "Still living in my parent's basement". :shake:

My advice for you is to move out of the sticks, and get an apartment in the city, :thumb: :rolling:

I might as well tell you that (with very few exceptions) the only kind of Internet petitions that get any serious response from whoever they're directed at are those prepared by the target's own marketing team (i.e. fake ones).

Incidentally, what do you think this Boll petition is? It's never going to rack up a million signees, but it's certainly great publicity for Boll.

Yea, he's smarter than most people give him credit for. :shake:

Incidentally, I know how internet petitions work, but I'm a sucker.

He's actually very smart, the way he gets the money for his films is incredible. Thank the German tax code for that.

If they should somehow manage to get a million signatures, I'm sure Herr Boll will discount signatures from "Anonymous", "Kurt" or "Darth Vader" and claim they still need 800,000 valid signatures.

Maybe the game ... not the music though. In fact I generally hate most monotonous game music. I'd rather turn it off and listen to my own CD's.

[IMG] I have a lovely bunch of D&D characters...
Here they are all in a spreadsheet...
Tall ones, small ones, some with high ECL...
That's what the Dungeon Master could tell...

You know, I don't have a thing to say. But I feel this compulsion to babble. So I'm in the right place, I guess.
