    When Viconia/Jaheira start harping :) on you about whatever, do you automatically ditch them? When Anomen starts bragging, do you kick him out of the party?

    I think it's about giving as good as you get. When Korgan rants about elves, it'd be sweet to threaten him to back off or feel the sting of your sword. His personality seems to respect that kind of thing. If Nalia goes into badgering you about not giving money to the poor, you can retort about how you're saving money to rescue Imoen. Cast Silence on Anomen, Aerie, Nalia, etc. to get some peace and quiet! ;)

    It's not always about hitting people.

    But it's so... boring? So *good*. So *normal*.

    I mean, my good PC will not retort - she/he is Good and Noble.

    But my Eeeevil PC could do better!

    Giving Imoen to Irenicus' dueregar servants in Irenicus' dungeon to stop her whining. Drugging Jaheira and selling her to the Copper Coronet's whorehouse. Making a woman out of Aerie, using Korgan's axe... well, truly evil possibilities are endless, really.

    Oh, and drowning Kelsey in a large vat of bitter chocolate! Yesss...

    @Western Paladin:
    Makes sense to me. I'll bring it up in the proper thread.

    @Kulyok:
    What you're talking about is ways of killing (or otherwise permanently removing) them. If you really want to do that, maybe you should check Caradhas's link; I'm sure it'll be more to your liking.

    @everybody:
    As per the note I just added to the top of the thread, discussions about how to improve the mod should be addressed in the mod suggestion thread (linked in my explanation of the second question).

    @Felinoid

    Not exactly, I was referring to both methods - permanent and not permanent. One does not dismiss the other, doesn't it? And it's more fun with it, too: once PC is finished with abusing one of the NPC's, he can permanently dispatch of him\her in a painful way, and take another victim to the party.

    Per Kulyok's request, I am posting my reply here. This wasn't a double posting. Kulyok asked me.

    Good, normal and/or noble doesn't preclude doing mean things to anybody. Is Sir Lancelot still noble/good/normal for having an affair with his king's *wife*? It was a nasty thing to do to Arthur, but that doesn't make Lancelot evil...just a schmuck lead around by his privates.

    I play good-aligned PCs most of the time. I don't see anything evil or abnormal about wanting some of these NPCs to STFU. Just being able to say *something* to affect how the NPC treats the PC or others in the party. I played a game with Viconia as my cleric and got so fed up with her whiny, uber-b*tch, nobody-likes-the-drow attitude that I dumped her out of the party and stopped playing. Or *finally* tell Jaheira to back off; you aren't my mother! Or going so far as to defend Aerie against either of the aforementioned ladies' attacks.

    Why waste the chocolate? Turn him over to the Cowlies or better yet, since you're so bent on being *evil*, hand him over to Ceara and let her pick his brain...literally. :p
