    The Moleskine is a very popular type of notebook. It's not particularly expensive, yet is sufficiently stylish for many people to be obsessed with it. I think most of the people who like it are europeans, though it is sold in the USofA, of course.

    I was just wondering because there's a project that someone else ran, where a hundred people each filled in one page of a Moleskine... and I was wondering if I could recruit people here on sorcerers.net to do the same (probably writing d&d related stuff). But it seems that the notebook is not well-known.

    @Kitrax: No, you're thinking of Filofax. Moleskine is leather bound (fake leather), there is no place for pens, there's a pocket in the back for odd printed things and an elastic band goes around the book to keep it together.
